“I want to thank you for your generous presence, which has transformed Rio de Janeiro into the capital of the world. What we will discuss here is very important,” the president said in his opening speech.
“I am sure that if we take responsibility against hunger and poverty, we can succeed in a short time. Welcome to Rio de Janeiro, enjoy this wonderful city,” he added. .
