Actor Bruno Gagliasso (“Marighella”) has revealed that he will leave for Europe to record the second season of “Operação Maré Negra”, an Iberian production of Amazon Prime Video.

He posted a photo of his passports (Brazilian and Portuguese), the cover of the script and the production images in a post on his Instagram made at Tom Jobim International Airport in Rio.

In the caption, he commented: “Towards Spain and Portugal. ‘Joãozinho Olho no Olho’ is back and angry! The second season of ‘Operación Marea Negra’ has started in full swing and I am already here”.

The new season will consist of five episodes, but it is unclear what they will be about, as the production was conceived as a miniseries and the – now – season 1 covered the entire real story on which the plot is based, leaving everything well done. .

The original storyline covered the events of November 2019, when a craft submarine crossed the Atlantic Ocean with three men and three tons of cocaine.

Directed by Spanish Daniel Calparsoro (“Até o Céu”) and Portuguese João Maia (“Variações”), the series completes the cast with another Brazilian, Leandro Firmino (“City of God”), and stars from Spain and Portugal. , including Álex González (“We Were Songs”), Nuno Lopes (“A Cousin Sofia”), Lúcia Moniz (“Fatima: The Story of a Miracle”), Nerea Barros (“Ancient Sins, Long Shadows”), Luis Zahera (“While o Amor Durar”) and Luís Esparteiro (“Super Pai”).
