Camavinga’s injury adds to Real Madrid’s list of absences this season

Real Madrid returned to the pitch in the Champions League and lost 2-0 against Liverpool, at Anfield, this Wednesday (27). However, the match had negative consequences that went beyond the result, as Eduardo Camavinga felt it and left the field, in the second half, to bring on Dani Ceballos.

Therefore the player, who is the sixth injured player on the team, will undergo tests to confirm an injury to the hamstrings of his left leg.

In addition to Camavinga, Carvajal, Militão, Rodrygo, Tchouaméni and Vini Jr. are already on the injured list, which worries coach Carlo Ancelotti.

The steps for possible returns vary. After all, Vini Jr should return at the end of December, while Alaba tends to return in January 2025. The Carvajal-Militão duo is out of season. That said, the Merengue club will have to enter the transfer market, which will only open in January, with still seven games to play until then.
