He started the year looking for his space and he achieved it. According to the Meu Timão portal, Lucas defended the black and white shirt 33 times with the Under 17s, showing great exploitation of opportunities as a starter. In the middle of the year he signed his professional contract with a fine of around R$300 million.
As the season progressed, Corinthians advanced in the main category competitions. He played in the Brasileirão U17 until the quarter-finals, when they lost on penalties to Palmeiras. In the Paulista category, the team beat Palmeiras in the quarter-finals, including on penalties, but was overtaken by San Paolo in the semi-finals.
The goal now is the 2025 São Paulo Cup. Corinthians already knows its group, which is based in the city of Santo André, in the ABC Paulista. Group 27 includes Santo André/SP, Rio Branco/AC, Gazin Porto Velho/RO as well as Corinthians themselves, who are reigning champions and are looking for their twelfth victory at Copinha.
