Lawyer Camila Kersch Rodrigues will continue to defend Nego Di
Comedian and businessman Nego Di fired the lawyer who worked on the case that led to his arrest this year. Tatiana Borsa, Nego Di’s defense manager, allegedly posted a photo of both of them on social media after his release this week, without his authorization. He has currently restricted access to his social media accounts in accordance with the decision of the Superior Court of Justice.
After the post, Tatiana Borsa took it for granted that she had made it and had deleted it so as not to characterize it as a violation of the terms imposed on the customer. However, he says he understood that there would not be a case of non-compliance. Lawyer Camila Kersch Rodrigues will continue to defend Nego Di.
Again according to Nego Di’s current defense, the comedian believed in the lawyer’s good faith when he took the photo, as he made it clear that it would not be published in any media. She has currently limited access to her social media accounts in agreement with the Court and Tatiana Borsa’s attitude could characterize a violation of the imposed terms.
The new defense also states that, due to his restrictions on access to social networks, Nego Di was not aware of the publication of the photo at the time of its broadcast.
