A new time
TV Globo released its new end-of-year cartoon on Sunday evening (1/12), on “Fantástico”. This time the special recording brought together several Brazilian talents and included new stars of the house, who were previously on competing stations, such as Eliana Michaelichen and Maísa Silva.
The special message anticipates Grupo Globo’s centenary and its ending has been compared to the first edition of the cartoon, launched in 1971. The campaign also attracted viewers’ attention with appearances by veteran Lima Duarte (“Roque Santeiro”), Nathalia Timberg (“Vale Tudo”), Mauro Mendonça (“Cabocla”), Rosamaria Murtinho (“Pecado Capital”), Laura Cardoso (“Mulheres de Areia”), Ary Fontoura (“La Favorita”), Reginaldo Faria (“Vale Tudo”) and Betty Faria (“Tieta”).
Another great moment of this year’s cartoon was the special presence of Xuxa, Angélica and Eliana, who appear together for the first time in a cartoon on the network. The trio of blondes had already caused a stir on social media during “Criança Esperança” (2023), when they brought back memories of their children’s shows.

The cartoon also featured names such as Paolla Oliveira (“Justiça”), Tony Ramos (“Avenida Brasil”), Duda Santos (“Garota do Momento”), Déa Lúcia (“Domingão com Huck”), Lília Cabral (“Fina Estampa” ), Mariana Ximenes (“Mania de Você”), Juan Paiva (“Pantanal”), Rafa Kalimann (“Família é Tudo”), Gil do Vigor (“BBB 21”), Lorena Comparato (“Rensga Hits”), Gabz (“Mania de Você”), Alexandre Nero (“Império”), Flávia Alessandra (“Caras & Bocas”), as well as presenters Luciano Huck (“Domingão com Huck”), Marcos Mion (“Caldeirão com Mion”), Fátima Bernardes (ex-“The Brazilian Masked Singer”), Tadeu Schmidt (“BBB”), Rita Batista (“Saia Justa”) and Serginho Groisman (“Altas Horas”), César Tralli, among others.
