The actor stars in new Batman films
Robert Pattinson had an unusual conversation with a stranger.
In an interview with New York Times (via NME), he recalled that, at the beginning of the year, an immigration agent in the Caribbean asked him: “Hey, are you the guy from Dusk! Why did you stop acting?”
The actor admitted he wasn’t sure how to react, but replied: “I was like… ‘Am I Batman?’ She just laughed.”
Pattinson gained notoriety and became a teen icon when he starred in the Twilight Saga between 2008 and 2012 alongside Kristen Stewart. He later acted in films such as Tenet (2020), from Christopher Nolanand The Lighthouse (2019), directed by Robert Eggers.
Now, the actor is preparing to star in the sequel to Batman (2022), by filmmaker Matt Reeves. Batman II It should start recording next year and be released in October 2026.
