This week, Mirassol renewed its squad with more athletes for the 2025 season, including goalkeeper Alex Muralha, midfielders Chico, Neto Moura and Danielzinho.
By the end of the year, Mirassol’s board of directors is working to renew athletes who have short-term contracts to compete in 2025. The season marking the club’s centenary will be special, because the club will compete in the Brazilian Championship series A.
Alex Muralha
The goalkeeper, who defended the club’s goal in 126 matches, has renewed for another season and will remain until 2025.
Chico
Midfielder Chico Kim, 33, contributed to their entry into Serie A, playing 94 games, scoring seven goals and conceding eight during his two spells with the home team. The extension will last until December 24, 2025.
Neto Moura
Midfielder Neto Moura, 28, will remain at the club for another season. The player is on loan from Cruzeiro and has already played 112 games, scoring three goals and two assists.
Danielzinho
The 30-year-old midfielder Danielzinho will play for the third consecutive year wearing the Mirassol shirt. I renew for another year. The athlete played 105 games with Leão and scored six goals and 10 assists. The player was the team leader in passes on goal in Serie B.
In addition to them, full-back Zeca, defender Luiz Otávio, midfielders Gabriel and Negueba, Iury Castilho and Léo Gamalho have also renewed with the club.

The Sao Paulo team will debut in the Campeonato Paulista in January and is part of group A of the state championship together with Corinthians, Inter de Limeira and Botafogo-SP.
