Grilled cod with sauce
Time: 30 minutes (+ 24 hours soaking)

Ingredients:
- sliced cod 600g
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup (tea) olive oil
Sauce
- 1/3 cup (tea) olive oil
- 1 cup chopped green olives
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:
- Place the cod in a bowl, cover it with water and leave it to soak for 24 hours, changing the water 8 times during this period.
- Drain and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat and fry the cod fillets until golden brown. Book.
- For the sauce, in a bowl, mix the olive oil, rosemary, olives, cream and season with salt.
- Cover the cod with the sauce and serve.
