Zoe ends her friendship with Solal
At the Institute, Solal confesses to Maya that he is considering leaving the Christmas Brigade. He can’t feel himself in the presence of Zoe, for whom he has feelings, even though she is now in a relationship with Gary. At the same time, they come to Solal to ask for a job. On their first date, Gary wants to take Zoe to Nimes, so he asks Solal to borrow his car to go there, since it’s in the garage. Solal accepts and gives them the key.
After that, Solal goes to the kitchen to inform Lionel about his decision to leave the brigade. He states that he did not appreciate that his co-leader selected the members of the brigade behind his back, adding that they do not have the level of such an event. Lionel begs his friend not to let him go, but Solal remains firm.
As Solal leaves, Lionel takes the reins of the brigade as sole leader. Zoe questions Solali’s decision and tries to text him for an explanation, to no avail. Distracted, she makes several mistakes while cooking, which angers Lionel. The latter claims that Solal was right and has no level. He fires her on the spot. Gary resigns as a sign of solidarity with his girlfriend.
Meanwhile, Constance warns Teissier that Charlene and Theo will be gone for Christmas. The former is too busy with work, and the latter spends the New Year with Celia’s family. Constance adds that she doesn’t want to go to the Christmas Institute at all, revealing that she tends to get bored there because it’s so predictable and repetitive.
Back in his office, Teissier shares these thoughts with Clotilde and offers her to modernize the institute’s Nativity scene. But the latter categorically refuses. He wants to keep the traditions, as his father wanted when he initiated this event. However, Teyssier did not have the last word.
At the end of the day, Zoe asks Gary to postpone their date because he’s not in a good mood. When he saw Solali in the distance, he called him and returned the car keys. A young girl criticizes him for not telling her earlier what she thought of his level of cooking. He emphasizes that he was happy to be in the Christmas brigade with him, his brother and Gary, especially since the festive period is very difficult for him in the absence of his parents. Solal feels very bad, but does not dare to tell the truth. Distraught, Zoe decides to end their friendship…
Vic and Enzo are not comfortable in Milan
With Mare’s roommate, Anais organizes a vacation with her parents and then to Brittany with Salome. Since he will be gone for New Year’s, he suggests that Vic and Enzo have a Christmas dinner that evening. The latter agrees. At the same time, Milan enters the kitchen shirtless. Vickie and Enzo are destabilized when they see the scar on his lower abdomen.
At the park, Vicky and Enzo mutually confess their fears about spending the entire dinner in Milan’s company when the latter has been terrorizing them all summer. They decide to find an excuse to cancel their stay. Back at the neighbor’s house, they explain to Anais that they were already planning to go to the Christmas market with Hortense and Mehdi. A young woman who spent all day eating is very disappointed.
A little later, Milan catches his girlfriend trying to figure it all out. He tells her that the dinner is canceled as no one is available. Milan is well aware that Vicky and Enzo are still not comfortable with him. He clearly saw their gaze on his scar. But Anais is still sad that she won’t be able to celebrate Christmas with her loved ones.
Alice turns her back to Gaspar
At the end of class, Alice keeps Gaspar to get an explanation about her grade on the last exam. The young man explains that the purpose of the test was to show mutual support, but no one wanted to give him gelatin for Bavaria. Alice finds the situation very unfair and suggests that the other students are jealous of her talent.
A little later, Alice proves Gaspard’s case to the leader of Lystrak. He then claims that the young man is manipulating him, and then tells the true version of the facts: Gaspard played solo during the ordeal and even put the spokes in the wheels of his comrades. Olivia adds that Gaspar has a habit of harassing students since the beginning of the school year. Despite everything, Alice remains convinced that Gaspar is the victim.
During the day, Alice visits Getan in the shed. The latter takes the opportunity to redefine their relationship. They’re on the same wavelength: they’re more than a hookup, but they’re not an exclusive couple. From afar, Gaspard is shocked to see them together.
He starts watching Gaetan while he is having a sports lesson. At the end of the lesson, he accuses the teacher of flirting with the student while he was dating Alice. Gaetan puts him in his place. Alice joins them in the conversation, very frustrated with Gaetan’s manipulative behavior. He forbids her from talking outside the classroom.
