8 years ago, Netflix added Stranger Things to its catalog, a small sci-fi series conceived by two twin brothers we’ve never heard of: the Duffer brothers. Extremely gritty and passionate about 80s programming, they imagine the story of a small, seemingly peaceful town that experiences strange paranormal events…
In 8 years, Stranger Things entered popular culture. The series managed to unite all generations. Young, middle and old flocked each season to discover the adventures of Eleven, Mike and others in Hawkins. Viewers will also discover promising new talent, starting with Millie Bobby Brown and Finn Wolfhard.
After 8 years of good and loyal service, Stranger Things bids farewell. The cast has actually announced the end of filming for season 5, which will indeed be the last. An opportunity for (fake) Hawkins residents to share photos and some very exciting words on social media. And the prize for the most beautiful speech undoubtedly goes to the interpreter of Eleven:

With a microphone in his hand and tears in his eyes, who started the series at the age of 12, thanked the teams:
“Shouldn’t graduation be a relief, like you’re happy to leave your teachers and classmates? I’m not. I’m nowhere near ready to leave you. As each of you and I will forever cherish the memories and bonds we’ve made. I love you together.
This retrospective is a chance to see how far we’ve come and remember how they were all so young (and so small) in season one:

News from the 5th season
The date is 2025. After nearly a year of filming, the teams can finally get to work on Stranger Things Season 5 post-production. And even if it’s long, Netflix still plans to release episodes next year.

And they promise to be Dantesque if we are to believe the recent comments of some. David Harbour, who played the brilliant Jim Hopper, revealed that everyone cried when he read the final episode. If the farewell promises to move, we imagine the worst for our heroes, who will have to defeat Vekna for good.

While waiting to reveal the final result, the Duffer brothers shared photos from the shoot on social media, showing a good atmosphere. Enough to contrast with the dire events that befall Hawkins next season…
