Disney+: Epic series rated 4.3 out of 5 and all the other new features you shouldn’t miss in 2024!

For fans of the series, the year 2024 will be rich with new features on Disney+, as well as emotions, romance, laughter, excitement, reunions, but also investigations, epic fights, magic tricks, good little dishes or even sensational appearances. Shogun

It’s one of the best series of the year: Rated 4.3 out of 5 by viewers, the ambitious adaptation of James Clavell’s bestseller quickly rose to the top of the ratings. Bear, season 3

A complete change of scenery with the Becoming Karl Lagerfeld series. German-Spanish actor Daniel Brühl (Goodbye, Lenin!, Ungenerous Bastards) dons a costume by legendary fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld in an exciting and lush portrait of the fashion icon. Next to him we meet Theodore Pellerin, Arnaud Valois, Alez Luts and Agnes Jauy.

The series begins in 1972, when Karl Lagerfeld, 38 years old, was still only a ready-to-wear stylist, still unknown to the general public. Between glamor and ego conflicts, grand parties and destructive passions, discover the history of Karl before Lagerfeld.

Agatha all together

Following the success of WandaVision in 2021, Disney+ announced a new Marvel series dedicated to one of its most iconic characters: the witch Agatha Harkness, played brilliantly by Kathryn Hahn. At the beginning of the school year, he was actually there to try to regain the strength he had lost after his fight with Wanda Maximoff.

Accompanied by a mysterious gothic teenager (Joe Locke), Agatha prepares to gather a community of wizards to embark on a highly epic journey down the legendary Witches’ Path, a mythical path consisting of a series of magical trials that – if they pass. – Reward any magician with what he lacks.

Children are kings

For fans of police and investigative series, Disney+ also introduced this year a brand new original French work adapted from the novel by Delphine de Vigan. Directed by Geraldine Nakache and Doria Tillier, the series Kids Are Kings kept the audience in suspense for its 6 episodes full of twists and turns.

When a 6-year-old girl is abducted in broad daylight, the shockwaves go beyond her family circle, as the little girl – Kim – is a star whose videos are watched by millions every day. Only Murders in the Building Season 4

Another investigation, but this time in a slightly more cheerful atmosphere, with the return of the trio of novice detectives formed by Charles (Steve Martin), Mabel (Selena Gomez) and Oliver (Martin Short) in the series Only Murders in the Building. This season, the three friends investigate the mysterious death of Saz Patak, Charles’ famous understudy, Jane Lynch.

At the same time, the trio will participate in the production and filming of a movie adapted from their podcast, in which three stars will play: Eva Longoria, Zach Galifianakis and Evgeni Levy. Not forgetting Meryl Streep’s big comeback! The comedy has already been renewed for the 5th season.
