Tomorrow Belongs to Us: What’s in store for Thursday 26 December 2024 Episode 1844 [SPOILERS]

Victoria finally finds her first love

At the hospital, Victoire and Roman go to Freddie’s bedside, who has woken up from a coma. He hugs his niece, then recognizes his ex, happy that he fulfilled his dream of becoming a doctor.

At the same time, Michael interrupts the reunion to interrogate Fred. The latter says he discovered that the spy camera images could exonerate his sister. So he contacted the boss who bought the chocolate factory without reply.

Finally, when he arrived in Sete, the boss contacted him and arranged a meeting in an abandoned warehouse. No one saw Freddie there. And suddenly it’s dark. Freddy adds that he warned Thibaut about the investigation and that the latter supported him.

Michael then reveals to Fred that Thibault manipulated him by pretending to be the boss who bought the chocolate factory and that he set a trap in the warehouse. He insulted her and then tried to dispose of her body. Indeed, Thibault is the real person responsible for Jade’s murder, and Lorena is released from prison. Fred is in shock.

A little later, Victoire comes to check on Freddy’s constants. The latter takes the opportunity to confess to her that he still finds her beautiful and that Soraya’s message made him very happy. The two exes realize that they are both heavily single and hardworking. Fred admits that he wished they had met under different circumstances, then thanks Victoire for taking care of Romané. Victoire then lets Fred rest.

Back at the police station, Michael finds Karim and Georges looking for a loophole in Thibaut’s alibi for Jade’s murder. They manage to obtain surveillance footage of the Paris railway, which allows them to look back on Thibaut’s journey. The latter left the chocolate factory around 4:15 p.m., took a car, headed for the ring, but the exit came out. He left the car and phone to go back to the chocolate factory before picking up the car at 5:27. Additionally, video surveillance footage from the internet cafe clearly shows Thibault reading the SD card from the spy camera on one of the computers. There is no more doubt.

Faced with all the evidence against him, Thibault confesses. He explains to Michael that he had money problems and stole from the cash register of the chocolate factory. Except Jade surprised him and threatened to report him to the hierarchy. Thibault panicked and killed him.

After which Thibault was taken to prison. Michael blames himself for not exonerating Lorena earlier, but Georges points out that she was freed anyway thanks to him. The two policemen show mutual respect, despite the doubts Georges has temporarily had about his colleague.

In the evening, Victoire shows the paintings of the novel in Freddie’s room. He takes the opportunity to ask her if she was going to contact him again when she came to Seth. Fred admits that he was mainly focused on his investigation to convict his sister, but saw Soraya’s message as a sign. The two exes are then interrupted by Aaron.

Meanwhile, Michael calls Octave and apologizes for getting angry at him because he was angry about the investigation. Octave is understanding. Michael reminds her that he loves her and that she and her sister are the most precious to him. Octava is very upset…

Timothy can lie

At the roommate, Bart and Timothy present Rachel with matching jewelry. The latter then offers the statue to Bart, as well as the electric blue sweater to Timothy.

In the evening, at the spoon, Bart notices that Timothy does not like his sweater at all. But she suspects he didn’t admit it because it was Rachel who gave it to him.

Bruno is embarrassed

At the spoon, Christel meets Bruno at the counter and confesses that she loved spending Christmas Eve with Valentine, especially in Sylvain’s absence. He offers to spend New Year’s Eve together again and assures that he will take care of everything.

So Bruno goes to Little Spoon to invite Valentine. But the latter does not want to go there at all. She also urges Bruno to tell Christel the truth. But she doesn’t want to leave him alone, especially since she’s been hosting him for a few months.

At the hospital, Kristel admits to Mariana that she doesn’t want to spend the New Year alone with Bruno. He offers to join them, but Mariana insists that she is already taken.

At the Christmas market, Bruno asks Alex to take a break with Christel for New Year’s Eve. Alex mocks her, saying it’s like a date night. Bruno panics and wants to find a way to cancel so Sylvain doesn’t imagine anything.
