‘It’s For You, Little Deleted Scene’: Artus Gives A Little Something Extra Fans A Nice Gift

Artus and his film Un p’tit truc en plus were honored at the first ever “Bravos d’or” ceremony, presented by Nagui and Leila Kadur-Buddad. And for this occasion, the comedian prepared a surprise for the public.

The public was offered a cut scene from the film

Broadcast on January 1 but taped on December 9, 2024 at the Théâtre Marigny in Paris, the Bravo Golden Awards honored the year’s biggest cultural successes. Selected by objective criteria (cinema, box office results), there was no doubt about the winner: it was Un p’tit truc en plus directed by Artus.

Already awarded admission for his comedy with 10.8 million tickets sold, Artus was on hand with some of the team to celebrate this incredible feat. For the occasion, the comedian and filmmaker revealed a new scene cut during editing that reunites the entire cast.

We find Clovis Kornilak and his co-stars infiltrating a center for the disabled and taking part in a blind tasting. The blindfolded suddenly panic when they hear the police alarm. The rest is in the extract:

Artus has given the audience a great gift as the scene appears new on the physical editions of the film as well (not mentioned in any case). “It’s not complete because it was 27 minutes, but it’s a little bonus that was never in the movie”He confided on the Bravos d’or stage and added “There were quite a few scenes that we cut and I said to myself, ‘Hey, this is a little scene for you.’

The film was celebrated in a special way, because Bravo’s golden ceremony was filmed in sequence (without cutting or editing, live production), behind the backs of the hosts, which disturbed many viewers on the evening of January 1, as evidenced by the comments collected by our colleagues Figaro / TV Mag.

In any case, building on the success, Artus already has a new project called Duels à Davidéjonatown, which he describes as a “crazy western.” Click here to find out everything.
