A Better Life Preview: Episode Summary for Monday, July 25, 2022 [SPOILERS]

While Emma is dying, Baptiste is needed at the fire station. As he leaves, he lets Camille in, who has come to listen to her sister. Emma is on edge. When Camille confesses that she suspected Baptiste of cheating on her, Emma becomes violently angry with her.

Meanwhile, Baptiste joins Justin in the barracks. They are summoned to their instructor’s office, who introduces them to Lt. Col. Grandsart, who heads the CRCI. He congratulates them for conducting an investigation into both the beach fires. Their elements will be sent to the prosecutor’s office. Consequently, they will be able to cooperate with the police to arrest the rampant firearms in the region.

The Baptist returns home to tell his wife the good news. But she, unable to stand it anymore, confronts him about her betrayal. She can’t stand it anymore, especially since Baptiste has no intention of ending her affair with Justine. Emma kicks her husband out.

For their part, the Castells note that the wind is rotating, which pushes the flames back in their direction. Luna contacted City Hall. Gravel is available in a nearby quarry. Patrick is almost fooled

Meanwhile, Patrick is approached at Mistral Square by Prune Valore, a baby casting director who suggests auditioning Rafael, a famous American actor, for his next film. At the same time, at the police station, Jean-Paul received a complaint from a couple who were defrauded of money by this famous prun.

Later, Jean-Paul talks to Patrick about it. The latter understands that he could not have it. Revel enters their office and finds them tending to Raphael and the Auror. The two police officers explain to the prosecutor that this is for their investigative needs, as they are going to dismantle a network of fraudsters.

Simon is glad that the neighbor has finally solved the water supply problem. Eric reveals that it’s thanks to Arisan’s pressure shot. Simon is furious with them for going behind his back and refuses to accompany Eric to a drink to celebrate Ariane’s 15-year career.

So Eric goes alone to the Mistral Bar, where everyone finds his former colleague. He contacts Simon and leaves a message on his answering machine apologizing. Later, Simon arrives at the bar. Eric officially introduces her as his companion.

Back home, Eric and Simon reconciled.
