Current champion and greatest winner of Sao Paulo Youth Football Cup With 11 titles, Corinthians made its debut this Saturday to maintain its hegemony in the youth competition. At the Bruno José Daniel stadium, in Santo André, the Corinthians boys beat Porto Velho-RO, 3-0, and lead Group 27 of the competition.
At ABC Paulista, Corinthians showed signs of a peaceful life, opening the score after just two minutes, with Bahia. But immediately afterwards Porto Velho balanced their actions and made the match difficult. In the second phase, it was then that the San Paolo team took off.
After three minutes on the pitch, Araújo turned the near post with his heel and scored a great goal in the 11th minute. Repeating the formula, with the first touch of the ball, Juninho scored the third in the 24th minute and declared victory for San Paolo on his debut.
In the same group, Santo André had previously beaten Rio Branco-AC 2-1, with goals from Rafael and Henrique Cayres. Also this Saturday Atlético-GO and Portuguesa drew goalless in Group 14.
