On Tuesday, January 7, December, a more beautiful life, even more beautiful…

Morgan has doubts

At the police station, Morgan has only one thing in mind: following Ariane into the field as part of the arrest. Unfortunately, as Team Animal, his position does not allow him to undertake this type of mission.

Suddenly, a woman goes to the police station to file a complaint of animal abuse. Therefore, Jules’ lover has no choice but to take care of this file instead of going to the field with Ariane.

Later, Morgan confides in his colleague that he no longer acts as a representative of the animals. Then, back at the Masalia residence, he shares his suspicions with his friend Jules. The latter is trying to reactivate it, but is it enough?

Jean-Paul fears the worst for Lea

Leah, on the other hand, arranges to meet Jean-Paul (Stephane Hannon) at a restaurant for lunch. He uses this romantic moment to tell her the sad truth: “I have a brain tumor.” Boehre is upset by this announcement, but he still smiles. Indeed, he refuses to collapse in front of his wife: “We’re going to fight.”

When he arrives at the police station, Jean-Paul’s morale is at an all-time low. While Ariane pleads his case, the latter bursts into tears. He confides in his colleague and friend that he cannot feel himself in front of his wife’s illness.

Ariane tries to encourage him and says: “We are going to beat cancer”. Jean-Paul thanks her and tells her that she is lucky to have him in her life.

Gabriel and Thomas try their best

At dawn, Gabriel apologizes to Thomas (Laurent Kerussorre) for not being there last night at the aperitif organized by Emma and Baptiste. He takes advantage of this moment to explain the situation to his son and daughter-in-law: he was addicted to gambling. He adds: “The most important thing is that I fight to save our relationship”.

Faced with these revelations, Thomas starts screaming and leaves the residence without explanation. Emma and Baptiste are shocked to learn that Thomas and Gabriel are likely to divorce.

Gabriel was later contacted by a robber who bought Roland’s boat from him. He wants the doctor to consult one of his best men immediately, but realizes that the latter only has a simple superficial wound. Riva is angry that she’s being called on such useless things, but Thug reminds her that they made a deal, so she has no say in the matter.

As soon as this meeting is over, Gabrielle goes to the bar-restaurant Le Mistral to offer a sincere apology to Thomas. The latter asks if she agrees to go to couples therapy, and Gabriel accepts without hesitation.

Later, Thomas and Gabrielle go to the first session. Once again, they cannot understand each other. Gabriel criticizes Thomas for wanting a child at their age. He explains to the therapist that after learning this he felt very sad: “I realized I wasn’t making him happy anymore.” Thomas answers: “Maybe a little, he’s right”…
