The most unusual police officer in the Camargue is back on duty!
Indeed, TF1 has just aired the first episodes of Panda Season 2.
In these new episodes, our huggable apostle finally makes peace with his past. However, a new arch-enemy stands in her way: love!
In this new season, Panda (Julien Doré) finds it difficult to admit that he is in love with Lola (Ophelia Colby). A rejection that also prompts him to make a surprising decision: to play master of ceremonies at Lola and Elliot’s wedding. It’s enough to shake his emotional balance and stir his imagination.
Terese leaves the hut
Central to Panda’s sentimental failure is his relationship with Teresa (Helen Vincent), his surrogate mother.
In the latest episode, which airs this Thursday, January 9 on TF1, Panda lets Teresa leave the hut so she can share her love story with Marcel. A particularly poignant scene marks the departure of Helen Vincent, Therese’s translator, from the series.
Julien Doré reacts to Helen Vincent’s departure
Due to other commitments, Ellen Vincent was unable to participate in the entire filming of Season 2 this season. Despite all that, he still wanted to return to the first two episodes to offer a conclusion to Therese’s character.
“There is something special about this season– explained Julien Dore at the microphone of Allociné. And the actor-singer explained.Helen Vincent, the translator for Teresa, the panda’s surrogate mother, was only with us for the first two episodes because she was working on another project. So he agreed to be on the season for two episodes, even though he would have loved to do all six. Therefore, there is a lot of emotion towards Panda and the characters in the novel. The scene where Therese leaves the hut is a very fond memory of filming.“.
Find Panda every Thursday from 9:10 on TF1.
