Most of the fines were for speeding
Last Thursday night (09), the Federal Traffic Police approached a tourist bus traveling between Balneário Camboriú and Posadas, Argentina, with 54 outstanding fines. Virtually all of the violations were committed in the last year and most of them were for speeding. The approach took place on BR-101, in Osório, on the north coast.
As he was leaving the country, the vehicle was detained until the fines were paid. The penalties amounted to more than 7 thousand reais, which the company had to pay to the banking network, in order for the bus to return to Argentina.
After payment the vehicle was released.
