The judge orders PL’s deputy to pay R$2 million

Judge Janilson Bezerra de Siqueira, of the 4th Federal Court of Rio Grande do Norte, sentenced Deputy General Girão (PL-RN) to pay compensation of R$2 million for encouraging anti-democratic acts after the 2022 presidential elections , the parliamentarian did not respond until the closing of this text, on the evening of Sunday 12th.

In the same action, the judge ordered the Union to pay R$2 million due to a note in which former commanders of the Navy, Army and Air Force “stimulated” the camps with requests for military intervention.
