- Pulp 2 passion fruit without seeds
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 200ml of water

Place all the ingredients in the blender, except the ice cubes, and blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes and beat again to crush. Transfer the juice into a glass and serve immediately.
2. Lemon juice with fennel and mint
Ingredients
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup chopped fresh fennel
- 200 ml of ice water
- 1 teaspoon sweetener
- Fresh mint leaves and ice to taste
Preparation method

- 1 apple, seeded and chopped

- 200ml chilled coconut water

- 300 ml of water
- 1 kiwi peeled and chopped
- 3 chopped cabbage leaves

Place all the ingredients, except the ice cubes, in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Then filter the juice, transfer it into a glass and add ice cubes. Serve immediately.
7. Green apple juice, ginger, kale and green tea
Ingredients
- 1 green apple with peel, cut into pieces
- 1 cabbage leaf without stem
- 1 teaspoon of ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon dried green tea leaves
- 300 ml of water
- Ice to taste
Preparation method
In a saucepan, heat the water until small bubbles begin to form, but do not let it boil. Add the green tea leaves, turn off the heat and cover the pan. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes. After this time, filter the tea, remove the leaves and let it cool completely.
In a blender add the green apple, cabbage leaf, grated ginger and cold green tea. Beat until smooth. If you want a lighter juice, pass the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer and filter it. If you prefer it with more fibre, serve it directly. Add ice and serve.
