Joachim leaves Clotilda

After sleeping on the couch, Joachim went to the gendarmerie to explain that he was the one who stole the SD card from the commissary’s camera, not Cleo. But the police did not believe him.

Returning home, Joachim scolds Clotilde for his betrayal. Very angry, he states that all his decisions have defined their relationship since the beginning of their relationship, especially the fact that he decided that they would not have children. Before leaving, Joachim calls his partner selfish.

Meanwhile, Suleiman, Jimmy and Jasmine discuss the situation. If Jasmine hopes that Cleo will go to prison, her boyfriend is less radical and admits that the young girl is hurting him. A little later, Gaspard thanks Colin for visiting him in the hospital.

On the other hand, Joakim will take the trust. The latter warns him about how his emotions risk him saying things he might regret. Joachim admits that he went hard with Clotilda. But he emphasizes that there is also some truth in his words and that he is tired of adapting to it.

Clotilda, on the other hand, tries to find comfort with Rose. She assures him that things will be better with Joachim once his anger is over and he gets over the loss of his sister. However, Clotilde admits that she is not sure that she will be able to continue collecting much longer.

After which Rose finds Mark and apologizes for not telling him about Cleo’s return. The latter cannot blame his partner and kisses him. Rose then refuses her sister’s call to take advantage of her reconciliation.

Returning home, Clotilda leaves a voice message for Rose. Crying, she declares that Joachim has left her. In fact, he left her a note, then left with her things…

Tom just stares at his navel

In the hall of the boarding school, Billy and Vic are afraid of their exams. While Vic can count on his friend’s encouragement, Billy can’t. Tom is very self-centered.

After the coaching, Tom is detained as is Amy by Chef Guino, who tells them that he is looking for someone to temporarily replace his chef friend’s assistant at a Parisian palace. After observing them, Guino chose Amy.

Meanwhile, Bill is taking a baking test. It scores 8/20. Tessier thinks there is nothing interesting about his dessert. He says he did well to specialize in service because he no longer has anything to offer in the kitchen. Billy takes a hit.

At the end of the day, Bill throws a depression party in his room. Tom joins her, believing that she arranged the evening for him because he didn’t get the job at the Paris Palace. Billy then tells her that she was crushed by Taysier during the pastry exam. She leans on her lover to comfort her. But he says that being a good leader requires pointing out the shortcomings of others in order to encourage them to improve, suggesting that Teissier must have had good reasons. Billy then asks his girlfriend to leave him alone.

Sabre gives a demo to Teysier with AI

In the management office, Hortense and Olivia suggest that Tessier organize an educational council regarding the use of artificial intelligence at the institute. Teissier categorically refuses and states that its use is simply prohibited from now on.

In the class of the first year, headmaster Listrak informs the students of this decision. Sabri offers to demonstrate the use of artificial intelligence in cooking to convince Teissier to authorize it.

After the lesson, Sabre will have Teyssier prepare a dish from A to Z with the AI in front of him. The director asks to create a land-sea plate with bream. Sabre then starts brainstorming using AI. He uses his suggestions to create his dish.

Teissier emphasizes that his dish is sure to be good because the AI has made consistent suggestions. He therefore believes that it is not an essential tool for entry-level students who must experiment and make mistakes in order to progress. On the other hand, he agrees that young master chefs should use AI.
