More than ever, French cinema shines on the international stage. The 97th Oscar nominations fell and two French filmmakers were appointed to the main categories – the best film and best director.

The first is no one except the Coralie Fargeat, the author of the script and the director of the substance Demi Moore. The second is Jacques Audiar, the author of the script and the director of Emilia Perez.

The musical drama receives a total of 13 nominations. Never had an English -language non -English -language film for so many nominations for Tiger and Dragon of Ang Lee. As for the substance, the film wins five nominations.
