Like the latest Big Brother 24 veto victory it can cause huge changes in the game

Attention! The following contains spoilers for the latest Older brother episode, broadcast on Sunday 24 July. Read at your own risk!

Older brother 24 is on fire on week 3 and the like Gossipify continues to monitor BB evictions and other events at home Something big is brewing. The last head of the family, Matt “Turner” Turner , implement a plan (with the help of Kyle Capener and Joseph Abdin). However, the scheme could only be executed if the right person had obtained the right of veto. Fortunately for the band, everything fell into place and as a result, we could now see a major game change.

So who won the veto and what will happen for the rest of the week? Let’s break it down below and analyze how the weakest guests in the game could have become the strongest.

Michael Bruner in CBS Big Brother

Michael Bruner won his third direct veto contest

After a dominant veto victory in week 1 is one unexpected victory in week 2 , Michael Bruner is once again the winner of the competition in this third round. I think it also counts as W for Brittany Hoopes, because the BB Fest Besties twist divides the Houseguests into duets. Brittany and Michael are now safe for the week. Now the rest of the family might think it’s been an easy week as a breadwinner with Taylor Hale finally coming home, but that’s not what Turner discussed this weekend.

A new alliance has formed and it will drastically change season 24

When Turner started his week as HoH, he said he felt like the next two weeks were set in stone. He planned to use his power of his to send Taylor or Brittany home, with the other leaving the following week as long as nothing too crazy happened. However, over time, he began to realize that he and a few other players were out of an alliance that essentially dictated the course of the competition and that they could change the game with a key ejection.

Eventually, Turner, Monte Taylor, Joseph and Kyle realized that working to defeat Taylor and Brittany wasn’t really benefiting them and that they would have more power at home if they took them as allies. As a result, the aforementioned group (along with Brittany Michael’s partner) gathered in one room and formed an important partnership now known as The Leftovers, and to say it’s big would be an understatement.

As of now, the Leftovers claim to behave as if they intend to use Michael’s veto to trick Nicole Layog. But they actually hope to surprise Ameerah Jones. Ameerah is one of the most connected people in the house right now and her strong performance of her in the competition so far shows that she could really step up and lead the rankings if she gets to the jury.

With Ameerah potentially out this week, The Leftovers are in a strong position as a major house band. It’s a great situation for everyone involved, even though it really worked wonders for Brittany and Taylor. Once this group is discovered, the opposite side of the house will likely not target any of them, which should be a relief for some. Older brother unhappy fans with Taylor’s treatment. More importantly, the guests finally made a move that wasn’t something the whole house wanted. Things could get really interesting in season 24 from now on, then Paramount + subscribers you may want to keep an eye on live streams!

Older brother aired on CBS (opens in a new tab) Sundays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET and Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET. There is still a long way to go before this latest eviction, so it’s not clear what could happen before we get to this fateful episode.
