Rigatoni with chicken and ricotta

Ingredients:

  • 1 Rigatoni package
  • 1/2 kg of chicken breast
  • 1 small -chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
  • 4 tablespoons of Martini
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 cups of ricotta
  • 6 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
  • 3/4 cup (tea) of ferocious, emptied and poor bite
  • Black pepper and salt to taste

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • Gets up to taste

Preparation:

  1. For the filling, mix the chicken, onion, oregano and martini well in a bowl and let yourself be rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Filter the liquid, put in a large pan and add the chicken broth.
  3. Let it boil and add the chicken mixture.
  4. Lower the heat and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken with a slot and set the liquid aside.
  6. Treat very thin or pass through a processor.
  7. Mix with the ricotta passed by a sieve, 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan and discharge.
  8. Season with black pepper, salt, mix and set aside.
  9. For the sauce, melt the butter, add the wheat flour and mix well.
  10. Cook for 2 minutes and add the chicken cooking broth.
  11. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the milk and continue mixing.
  12. Lower the heat and let the sauce cook for 15 minutes. Set the salt if necessary.
  13. Cook the rigatoni in salted water. Drain and fill with the chicken mixture.
  14. Put some refractory a little sauce, the rigatoni, with unique layers.
  15. Put the sauce at the top and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan.
  16. Cover with aluminum paper and cook for 10 minutes.
  17. Remove the aluminum paper and leave for another 5 minutes.
