You Duffer Brotherscreators and showrunners of Stranger Thingsconfirmed that the 5th and last season of the series will be released in 2025. In an interview with Colliderthe writers and directors have revealed that production is advancing well and that the team is ahead of the scheduled schedule.
“We are focused on visual effects at the moment. We started in January, so everything is going well”the Duffer said. “We are actually ahead of our calendar, which is rare and therefore great. Last season will come out this year.”
