Curated by Carlos Augusto Calilthe Critical Review Program of Brazilian Cinema It organizes monthly sessions in Brazilian Cinematheque, always accompanied by debates. The goal is to promote the diffusion of films with little circulation and/or that were restored by the institution.

In February, a special session will be held in honor of the FERNANDA TORRES. Actress best known for her comedy roles, she receives wide recognition, both in Brazil and abroad, for her performance in the historical drama I’m still here (Walter Salles2024). Other striking performances of the actress in the cinema include Innocence (WALTER LIMA Jr.1983) and The marvada meat (André Klotzel1985). For the latter, Fernanda received the award for best actress in Cannes Festival at 20 years.

About the victory, which boosted his career, wrote in 2011: “I keep the prize in a safe, I rarely see it. Tickets are free and will be distributed one hour before the session.
