The United States ask the European Championships of what they need to ensure Ukraine’s safety, it shows the document

The United States asked their European allies what Washington needed to participate in the security agreements in Ukraine, according to a document seen by Reuters.

Diplomatic diligence sent last week, consisting of six points and questions, also questions that countries could contribute to the guarantees, which they would be willing to send troops to Ukraine as part of a peace agreement and how much the size of any guided force would make be through Europe.

The President of the United States Donald Trump shocked the European allies this week by calling Russian President Vladimir Putin, in which the forces invaded Ukraine three years ago, without consulting them or Kiev and declaring the immediate start of the negotiations from peace.

The news vehicles, including Reuters, reported Saturday that the United States sent a document asking European governments what could contribute to the security guarantees, but the complete text obtained by Reuters shows that the United States are also asking what they would have Need to Washington in order to make him contribute.

This element will be well accepted by many European governments, which clarified that they could only provide security guarantees with US support.

“Which, if necessary, the US support requirements would your government consider necessary for your participation in these security agreements? In particular, what short and long term resources do you think they will be needed from the United States?”

Two European diplomats have said that there is still a debate on how European capitals will respond, but some believe that it should be a collective response.

Some European leaders, including the United Kingdom and Germany, will meet in Paris on Monday to an emergency dome on Ukraine.

The document also asks for European and/or third parties, believed they could or participate in this agreement and if their country was willing to send troops to Ukraine as part of a peace agreement.

“If the military forces of third countries were sent to Ukraine as part of a peace agreement, which would consider the necessary dimension of a force led by Europe? How and where these forces would have been sent and how long?” .

Countries have also been asked such as US actions, allies and partners must be ready to take if Russia attacks these forces.
