The 78th edition of Baftathe British Film Academy Award, took place this Sunday, 16. The “British Oscar”, broadcast in Brazil for the first time, elects the winners of 25 categories.
Among the highlights, were films like Wiced, Dune: Part 2, The brutalist and Emilia Pérez. In the dispute for the acting awards, names such as Timothée Chalamet, Cynthia Erivo, Adrien Brody, Demi Moore and Karla Sofa Gasco.
Brazil was represented in the category of Best Non -English Language Movie put I’m still here. The feature Walter Salles inspired by the book of the same name of MARCELO RUBENS PAIVA ended up not taking the award, which got Emilia Pérez
Winner of Golden Globe and indicated to Oscarof Best actress, FERNANDA TORRES did not compete for Baftabut attended the ceremony next to the director. See the full list of nominees and awards below (in update)
