The Moinhos de Vento hospital, through the Moinhos Social Institute (IMS), the Faculty of Health Sciences Moinhos de Vento (FCSMV) and with the support of the Ling Institute, offers complete scholarships for the technical course in nursing. The notice provides 35 vacancies for candidates who are well classified in the selection test and meet the required requirements. The recordings can be made until March 7, with the link.
Subscribers will undergo a test and an interview for socio -economic evaluation. In addition, the classification order will be placed through the Topsis method, which will give greater weight to candidates with lower per capita income and resides in neighborhoods with greater social vulnerability in Porto Alegre or with the lowest municipal human development index (HDI) in other cities. The best classified will be contemplated with scholarships.
According to the Moinhos Social Institute supervisor, Monique Pimentel, the institution encourages the formation of new health professionals through this initiative. “It is an opportunity for the social impact, in line with the values of the institution and our mission to contribute to access to education and technical training,” he says.
One of the positive examples of this initiative is by the Amazonia José Adrian Bezerra da Costa. Born in the small city of Tapauá, 565 kilometers from Manaus, where access to health is limited, Costa reveals that she dreamed of working in the area, something that seemed unreachable. When I heard from the scholarship sponsored by the Moinhos Social Institute, in collaboration with the Moinhos College and the Ling Institute, he decided to register.
“I left the house without anything, only with courage and faith! The selection process for the scholarship was intense, but seeing my name in the approved list was the confirmation that I was on the right path! Family to make a technical course, And this has completely changed my trajectory.

Requirements to be requested for vacant places:
– completed the high school;
– do not be enrolled in a technical or higher course;
– do not be a holder of a degree or technical degree;
– having studied high school in public school; OR
– having studied high school in a private institution, as a complete scholarship in the respective institution;
– satisfy the income criteria: by technical level, the per capita monthly gross family income should not exceed the amount of a current national minimum wages (R $ 1,518);
– not to be engraved in more than one mode in the same notice;
– do not receive another incentive for students, public or private;
– reach the degree greater than 06 (six) in the multiple choice test with Portuguese content (reading and interpretation of the text);
– be 18 years or more until the time of registration.
