Commander Constant continues his investigation into the recent events at the manure farm. After discovering that Dr. Dumas transferred €15,000 to Diane days before her disappearance, Martin goes to St. Clair Hospital to ask him some questions. Reno confirms that he gave the money to a friend and explains that Diane wanted to start a new life abroad. So the doctor agreed to help him financially, without knowing more. She hasn’t heard from him since. When Reno tries to figure out why everyone is asking him these questions, Martin replies that he suspects that Diane wanted to kill Samuel twice.
Without waiting, Reno goes to his son’s house and scolds him for talking to the police about Diane’s suicide attempt. In his excuses, Samuel indicates that he just needs to know what’s going on. Only, Reno has no desire to recall the old stories of the past, especially since it threatens the life of his son.
Meanwhile, Georges and Martin analyze the investigation. Convinced that Diane and Reno were having an affair, Commander Constant imagines that the Doctor paid his mistress to make her disappear. He said Reno would use his powers over him to achieve his goals. Realizing that she would not touch the inheritance, Diane sought revenge, and thus it would be a matter of revenge.
At the studio, Samuel apologizes to Paul for his behavior the day before, but he doesn’t confront him. With everything going on, Paul says he probably would have had the same reaction. The two men then agreed to be together.

When he realizes that the police are investigating Diane, the stable manager claims that he has never seen her since she left before he arrived. Moreover, he wants to know why the police are suspicious of Solange’s former protégé. When Commandant Constant says he believes he was the one who tried to kill Samuel, Paul is furious. Once alone, he throws notebooks, clothes, but also Diana’s identity card into the fire.
