DC’s animated film Krypto and the Super-Animals hit our darkrooms on Wednesday, July 27th.
Directed by Jared Stern and Sam Levine, the feature film from the age of 6 follows the adventures of Krypto, Superman’s super dog. The latter faces a huge challenge: to save his master and the Justice League, who have been kidnapped by Lex Luthor and his evil guinea pig Lulu. For this, he will have to unite with a gang of kind-hearted but rather clumsy animals.

First appeared in DC Universe in issue #210Adventure comics (March 1955), Krypto is sent into space by Jor-El and arrives on Earth after Kal-El. He was then adopted by Superboy. If the 2005 TV series follows the story, in the feature film Krypto comes with Superman and grows up alongside him.
While his master and the Justice League need him, Krypto loses his powers and must call upon the League of Super Beasts!

Batman
