Movie hits theaters in July 2026
Last Wednesday (12), a new video behind the scenes was released Odysseyfilm directed by Christopher Nolan (OPPENHEIMER). The material was published by the Kalypso Residence Hotel and has production details, including the sets and a boat used in the recordings in Greece.

Few details about the feature were revealed, but it is known that the plot will be an adaptation of the epic poem Odysseyfrom Homer. The story accompanies Odysseus (or Ulyssesin some translations) on his 10 -year journey to return to Itaca after victory in the Trojan War. Along the way, he faces several challenges imposed by Poseidonthe god of the seas, who seeks to prevent his arrival at home, where his wife Penelope Wait for him.
According to the international press (via Deadline), Matt Damon must interpret Odysseus, while Anne Hathaway will live Penelope. The cast would also count on Tom Holland as Telêmaco, Zendaya as Athena, Charlize Theron as Circe, Benny Safdie as Agamemnon and Lupita nyong’o as Clintenestra. However, none of the roles were officially confirmed.
Odyssey Has debut scheduled for July 17, 2026 in theaters.
