South America: group tie: where to look and rules

This Monday 17/3, at 20h (Brasilia), the attractions of the South American groups-2025 will take place. There are four vases, from 1 to 4, which are placed according to their positions in the ranking. There are seven Brazilian clubs. Four of them will be in Pentola 1, as they are, among the classified, the eight best positioned in the Conmebol ranking: Atlético-Mg, Fluminense, Grêmio and Cruzeiro. Vasco will be in Pot 2, while Vitória and Corinzi will be on the 4 dish. Timon would be a key garment, but, by regulation, as coming from the third phase of Libertadores, it goes to dish 4.

In addition to Timon, Boston River, Iquique and Melgar came from the elimination of Libertadores.

The draw is direct. The key heads, Pot 1, will always face a team of other vases.

To look at

ESPN (closed TV) and Disney+ (streaming), in addition to Conmebol Youtube, will broadcast from 20:00. There will also be Libertadore’s draw at the same event.

Classification to the octaves

It is worth remembering that, unlike Libertadores, where the first two of each group advance until the round of 16, in South American only the sample is guaranteed in the next phase. Therefore, eight other teams will be known after Knockout between second place and the eight teams that ended third in the group’s group stage.
