Ingredients:

  • 1 full octopus cleaning (about 1 kg)
  • 1 sliced ​​onion
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1/2 sachet of tomato sauce (340 g)

Vinaigrette:

  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 tooth of grated garlic
  • 1 cup of chopped smell
  • 2 Lemonger juice
  • 1/2 cup of red vinegar
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons of salt

Preparation:

  1. Cut the octopus into pieces and put in a pressure cooker with onion, salt, bay leaf and tomato sauce.
  2. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes after collecting the pressure.
  3. Wait for the pressure to come out of course and open the pan.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and set aside in the refrigerator.
  5. For vinaigrette, mix tomatoes, peppers, garlic, green smell, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil and salt.
