Jurists, historians, former members of the state and municipal commissions, family members of the victims of the dictatorship.

The request is based on tests that question the accidental character of the automotive collision that has victimized Juscelino and his driver, Geraldo Ribeiro. “The hands of the uncertainties based on the events that led to the death of the Brazilian society cannot continue to live with doubts about the cause of the violent death of a former President of the Republic, a popular politician arbitrarily revoked by the dictatorship”, says the document.

The initiative was led by Gilberto Natalini, who chaired the commission for the municipal truth Vladimir Herzog between 2013 and 2014; Adriano Diogo, who was president of the Commission for the truth of the State of Saint Paul for the same period; And Robs Sávio Reis Souza, coordinator of the Truth Commission in Minas Gerais between 2016 and 2018.
