Actress wrote directly to Kevin Feige and performed the scene in Kuala Lumpur without stunt
Florence Pugh revealed that he sent several emails to the president of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feigeasking to personally perform one of the most dangerous scenes of Thunderbolts*– Movie that opens in theaters on May 1st. In an interview with Fandangothe actress said she wanted to jump out of Merdeka 118, in Kuala Lumpur, the second highest building in the world, with 2,722 feet (about 830 meters) high.
“I was on the script, and as we approached the filming, they started to say that it wasn’t going to roll because of the insurance. And I stayed, ‘What do you mean? Of course we’ll do that!’” Florence said.

The actress, who interprets Yelena Belovahe said he even played in the emails:
“I was being sassy Karen, sending an email to Kevin [Feige] And saying this was going to do wonders for the dissemination tour. ‘
We have to do this! We will have three women breaking three world records of the different Guinness and let’s do it and that. I had to keep insisting and then they said, ‘Okay, if you want to fall from the second highest building, we give you a way.’ “
In the end, Marvel gave way, and Florence jumped without stuntmen. According to her, the adrenaline was so great that she had to rest immediately after the scene:
“I have no problem with height, I like it. But that was completely different, it was insane. The mental control I had to have that day was my own superpower.”
