In this way Korra could no longer bend fire, water or earth, which left it in a great disadvantage, a moment that would be perfect for Amon to eliminate it once and for all, since it could not defend itself. And if he could, he would have stopped being a permanent obstacle. Before he could, however, Mako paved him with lightning, took Korra and fled.
Amon managed to reach them and, in the last second, while the life and fate of Korra and Mako fixed a sad future, woke up in the air: an ability that had not been able to develop so far and, therefore, could not be disabled by Amon when he blocked his skills to bend water, earth and fire.
4 – Korra’s defeat in Unlaq in the world of spirits
In episode 13 of the second season, Korra has undergone a harsh defeat for Unlaq in the world of spirits. In the duel, UNLAQ joined the black spirit Vaotu and then used the power to extract Korra, ending the avatar cycle.
