Life in Montpellier is not so easy in Un si grand soleil. And it’s not the Grassetti family who would say otherwise.
For several days, the faithful of the France 2 soap opera have been living the frantic pace of the investigation of the Vernot case. For his part, Enzo (Teïlo Azaïs) is far from imagining that the woman he has fallen madly in love with is using him to get his father out of prison.
As this ark draws to a close, Vernot’s case will unfortunately not end without a bloodbath. As we can already suspect, this drama will clearly disrupt Enzo’s life.
Convinced that their plan has worked, Aurora (Clara Huet) and Pilar (Catalina Denis) think it’s only a matter of time before Philippe Verneuil is released from prison. Of course, the two young women don’t know that Cecile (Marie-Gael Kals) and Becker (Yvonne Beck) have performed a major operation to corner them. Not only is Carol alive and well, but Aurora and Pilar are now listening.
Far from suspecting what is going on behind the scenes, they then meet at the arena to exchange money. A deal that will be closely watched, but nothing goes as planned…
Indeed, Clement asks Florent (Fabric Deville) to detain Enzo until the operation is over. However, he refuses to spend time with his father until he agrees to be with the Auror. Therefore, at the foot of the wall, Florent will have no choice but to reveal the truth to him.
After refusing to believe it, Enzo has no better idea than to head to the arena to find out for sure.
At the same time, Aurora joins Pilar and gives her an envelope. As Enzo arrives for his turn, Becker is forced to begin surgery on the spot. While the police surround the two young women, Becker arrests his grandson. As they draw their weapons, Pilar and Auror are shot under Enzo’s helpless gaze. After pouncing on Auror’s lifeless body, she breaks down in tears.
Such a traumatic shock will not be in vain for the young man. Unwilling to open his eyes, Enzo could take out his anger against his father and grandfather in the next episodes of Un si grand soleil…
