Cod broth ingredients

– 700 ml of water

– defiled cod light for taste (reserved leather and pimples)

– 1 unit (s) bay leaf

Pre-repair:

1. Clean the cod: remove the skin and pimples from the cod and put aside to prepare the broth.

2. Start by cooking the cod stock (see the preparation).

PREPARATION:
