The company, which claims to face financial problems, has suspended the services from the decision of the Federal District Court
The employees of the Fast Laser Hair Removal Network, based in San José Do Rio Preto (SP), went to the press to report late wages, FGT and even maternity leave. The company, which claims to face financial problems, has suspended the services, under penalty of a daily fine of $ 5,000 in case of non -compliance.
The decision, taken in April by the Federal District Court, was motivated by 37,000 consumer complaints throughout the country, of which almost 14,000 did not even respond. The public proceedings service indicates practices such as misleading advertising, lack of service and negative reimbursement.

Fabiana Roseli, 31 years old, who worked at the Fast laser two years ago, was one of the employees affected by the company’s crisis. Mother of three children, being a newborn baby, has a backward background and received an eviction order from the real estate sector.
TO EarthFabiana, assumed pursuant to the consolidation of work laws (CLT), says that it went on maternity leave in January. Since then, he has not received money from the company. It also reports not having received the second episode of the tenth, nor of the FGTs.
“Pregnant women can hardly find a job. You have to stay or ask for mathematics and allow you the consequences. I have not had that choice. My life has become chaos,” he says.
Mirella Andrade Marconi, 28, was another fast laser employee hit by the company’s crisis. He says he was hired as a legal entity (PJ) at the end of 2024.
At the time, Mirella learned that the fast laser was suffering a “renovation”, but did not imagine what was going on. Today he understands that the company was aware that he was bankrupt and chose to take advantage of this situation.
“I didn’t know that this renovation wasn’t really a renovation. They were bankrupt. So I think they tried to get the blow as much as possible, to benefit from this situation,” he says.
Salaries evaluated
According to Mirella, the concordat was that the salary would be filed all day. The first payment, made in January, decreased in advance. Laser quickly paid the salary in two installments, both deposited before the agreed day.
When the complaints began to emerge, Mirella discovered that other employees, who had been in the fast laser for a long time, were no longer receiving. Therefore, he believes that early payment was part of a corporate strategy to give a “good impression” to beginners.
In February, the laser quickly delayed Mirella’s salary in one day and paid only a part of the amount. The rest of the February salary was paid to installments.
The last episode was filed in the first days of March, but there is still a part. In April, Mirella resigned and, until today, has not received the outstanding amount. Overall, the fast laser owes $ 6,300 to the employee.
“We asked for the salary and nobody replied. Until, on March 20, I sent a message in the WhatsApp group and I was forced to ask for payment,” he says. “They came with the same litany as usual, saying they were doing everything possible. In the meantime, we went to work normally.”
Although the complaints came to light now, the rapid laser situation worsened in various regions of Brazil at the beginning of 2024
THE Earth He was unable to contact Fast Laser to comment on the complaints. The space is still open to demonstrations.
