Wednesday 3 August Tomorrow belongs to us…
Although Anna-Marie’s health has now stabilized, her pulse remains weak. Indeed, significant traces of beta-blockers were found in his blood, which is not clear because Benjamin had to take a simple tranquilizer. An angry Victoire tries to find out what happened. Although Dr. Ventura prescribed a sedative for his patient, he did not administer it to her. To find out, Victoire decides to check who was on the nurses’ schedule the day before.
Nouri and Nicola were on duty but were not busy with Anne-Marie at the time of the incident. Indeed, Noor was in the emergency room, while his colleague was with the patient in room 57. On the other hand, a man who was missing from the schedule: Cedric Diallo.
Samuel, on the other hand, doesn’t think the nurse could screw up at this point and wonders if what happened to Anna-Marie wasn’t on purpose. He firmly believes in Paul’s innocence and thinks that recent events may have something to do with his girlfriend’s grandmother. However, Victoire doesn’t believe him and urges him to give it up.
Later, Reno goes to the farm to help her son in Paul’s absence and takes the opportunity to tell him the truth. Ten years ago, Renault’s true love was Diane, but he never tried anything because of their age difference. Unfortunately, Solange was convinced they were having an affair and convinced Laurence, the first woman Reno had fallen in love with since Samuel’s mother. The latter finally left her when she was going to live with him. Samuel now understands why his father was angry with his sister. Nevertheless, Reno regrets that he did not reconcile with his sister before his death and wanted to tell her that he loved her.
Not far from there, Noor tries to reach Cedric, but he doesn’t answer. So he leaves her a message on her answering machine to let her know Marianne is looking for him. “ Looks like you were taking care of Victoire’s mom last night. I know it’s hard for you right now, but I don’t understand how you managed to get stuck between pain meds and beta blockers. Expect Marianne and Victoire to ask you questions. If you need help, I’m here “. Words that didn’t escape Nicola, who was clearly in a hurry to repeat everything to Victoria. Angered, Dr. Lazar immediately confronts Nur, who swears she doesn’t know if Cedric was wrong.
Afterwards, Anne-Marie finally wakes up and Victoire rushes to her bedside. After being convinced of her health condition, the young woman tries to find out who gave her the drugs. Anna-Marie is formal then, it was Cedric.
As night falls, Jahia and Angie go to the police station to report their father missing for more than 24 hours.
Camille blames herself horribly for being obnoxious to her boyfriend, but Emma is sure he’ll call her eventually. In turn, Dorian confides in his mother about the change in Camille’s behavior after Emma’s arrival. Indeed, he has the feeling that she is giving up on him when he has always been there for her after the story with Stanislaus. For Benedict, he is not as well as he pretends to be and is doing this to forget what happened. Therefore, he urges his son to be patient.
Meanwhile, Emma and Camille continue to prepare for their pink party at the cottage the following evening. While they are showing Charlie the cocktail list they have for the evening, Milan arrives with professional sound equipment.
Later, Dorian arrives at Camille’s with everything she needs to make homemade pizza. Unfortunately, Camille and Emma made plans to go to a party with Milan. The teenager invites him to join him, but Dorian prefers to stay with Maud.
A few hours later, Camille returns from her tiring evening. Dorian then chides him at the moment that the party is too much. And to add that he hopes she’s just doing it for fun and doesn’t hurt herself.
Manon regrets sleeping with Valentin. If Nordin had called her five minutes earlier, she would never have crossed the line into a beach shack she couldn’t care less about.
Later, Manon joins Nordin at the edge of the canal. An opportunity for Martin’s son to take his courage in both hands and tell him what’s on his mind. When Manon returned her books for the competition, she realized she didn’t want to see him again. As she replies that she wanted to keep them, he tries to find out if she’s dating a boy from the beach. He falsely assures us that he is not interested in Valentine at all, claims Nordin and asks if something happened between them. After she refuses, Nordin vows to make things right with Sophie and captures Manon before declaring that he was a fool not to tell her he liked her earlier. Since Nordin has to go back to work, they meet in the evening.
However, she quickly becomes disillusioned when she overhears Aurora telling Roxanne that she surprised her daughter with a boy. And Captain Jacob thinks he has feelings for her.
Deeply distraught, Nordin finds Manon in the halls and questions her to find out why she hid the truth from him. When they are not together, Manon believes that he has no responsibility towards her. Before leaving, he specifies that he only did it to make her jealous.
Back at the police station, Nordin tells Roxanne that he made a scene for Manon. Faced with misogynistic attitudes, she defends Downey’s daughter, especially since she hasn’t spoken to Sophie yet.
Manon is heartbroken. Hearing her cry, Aurora tries to understand what is going on. Since he doesn’t want to talk about it, the policeman takes him in his arms to comfort him.
