Amazon wants to produce films on the resignation of Sam Altman from Openai

MGM Studios, Amazon’s Movie Studio, would already have plans to make an “artificial” film in progress, focused on Sam Altman, CEO of Openai.

The film should be focused on the events that took place at the Board of Directors of Openi of 2023, which culminated in the altman fired and subsequently taken in the startup. The information comes from The Hollywood journalist.

The director quoted for the work would be Luca Guadagnino, known for films like Challengers and after hunting.

Even actors of the first line such as Andrew Garfield and Monica Barbaro would be in the negotiations. Filming can start by the end of the year in Italy and San Francisco.

Altman left Openai, but he returned quickly

The situation seemed critical until the last minute, when the advice finally sold and assumed Altman. Openi’s original council was also dissolved and replaced by a temporary commission of three.

With this level of corporate intrigues and hundreds of billions of dollars at stake, it is easy to understand why Amazon wants to be the first to produce a film on the subject. The film could have Garfield as Altman, Barbaro in the role of Cto Mira Murati and the actor Yura Borisov as Ilya Sutskever, Co -Fondor of Openai who led the initiative to fire Altman.
