Santos prepares an ambitious project to expand its football structure with the construction of a new training center and an arena in Praia Grande, on the coast of San Paolo. The new CT, called Vila Praia Grande, will have five fields and three hosting units. Two fields and one of the hotels will be used exclusively by Santos, while the others will be under the management of NR sports and the Peralta group. As expected, the delivery should take place by June 2026, coinciding with the next World Cup.
In addition, it is planned to build an arena to 25,000 people, who will be able to alternate the command of the games with Vila Belmiro. “The counterparty is that Santos plays in this arena,” said Neymar’s father, stressing that the club will not have to endure a long -term debt, as the new CT will be sold per hundred years.
