Universal has announced production of a remake of John Woo’s action classic “The Killer”, which will star French star Omar Sy (“Lupine”) and will be released on the Peacock platform.

The first is scheduled for 2023.

The first black artist to win the César (French Oscar) for Best Actor (for “The Untouchables”, 2012), Omar Sy will soon be seen in the third part of “Lupine”, on Netflix, and in the thriller “Shadow Force” . “, by Joe Carnahan (” Kill or Die “), yet to be released.
