F1: The Moviestarring Brad Pitt (Once upon a time in … Hollywood), hits theaters from this Thursday, June 26, promising to take the public into the Formula 1 world like never before.

Directed by Joseph Kosinski (Top Gun: Maverick) and produced in partnership with Formula 1 and the Heptacal Champion Lewis Hamiltonthe long mix fiction and realism by accompanying a former pilot who returns to the tracks to train a novice.

With scenes recorded in major real awards and personalized cars for filming, the ambitious project seeks to join adrenaline, drama and authenticity, raising motorsport to a new cinematic level. Learn more below:

What is it about?

In the 1990s, Sonny Hayes (Pitt) was the most promising pilot of Formula 1 until an accident on the track almost ended his career. Thirty years later, the owner of a Formula 1 team in trouble convinces Sonny to run and become the best in the world. He will need to be the mentor of a young man, and rebel, colleague of the fictional team Apxgp.
