President Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva (PT) veto at the requirement of performing a toxicological examination to obtain the national driving license (CNH) in categories A and B.

The veto was published this Friday 27, in the Federal Official Gazette and justified by the CEO.

“The obligation to demonstrate a negative result in the toxicological examination, which should be noticed in the article, also applies as a condition to obtain the first qualification – the permission to guide – by the drivers of categories A and B”, explained Lula on the veto.
