A curious scene attracted attention after the final whistle of Al-Hilal’s victory over Manchester City 4-3 on Monday (30). Two fans, one of Palmeiras and one of Fluminense, present in Orlando, in the duel for the 16th round of the Club World Cup, embraced each other after the confirmation of the triumph of the Saudi club.
The images of Globo took the moment. The Al-Hilal classification brought Manchester City from the Via di Fluminense and Palmeiras. Tricolor was supposed to face the British on Wednesdays, while Verdon in a possible semifinal.
With the victory, Al-Hilal Faces Fluminense next Friday (4), at 16h (Brasilia Time), also in Orlando, for the quarterfinals. Palmeiras, on the other hand, measures Chelsea on the same day at 22:00 in Philadelphia.
