
Actors Austin Butler (“Elvis”) and Tom Hardy (“Venom: A Time for Carnage”) will star in the movie “The Bikeriders”, about a biker gang, which will be directed by Jeff Nichols (“Loving: A Love Story” ) “).”).
Set in the 1960s, the storyline will show the rise of a motorcycle club in the American Midwest from the perspective of its members. Over the course of a decade, the club transformed from a hangout for strangers to a violent gang.
Although it is a fictional story, the film is loosely based on the book of the same name written by Danny Lyon, published in 1967.
The cast will also include Jodie Comer (“The Last Duel”).
“The Bikeriders” doesn’t have a release date yet.
Austin Butler will soon be seen in the sequel to “Dune”, which debuts in 2023, and in the war series “Masters of the Air”, still without a release date.
Tom Hardy has the thriller “Havoc” and the third character film “Venom” ahead of him, both with no release date set.
