WEC: Pole Position in GT3, Brazilian Dudu Barrichello talks about the possibilities of the podium and even the victory in San Paolo

It will be the first time of the pilot who runs home for the category and the Brazilian Largo from the position of honor to GT3

Runando home this weekend, Dudu Barrichello made a nice field in front of his fans on Saturday and won the pole position for GT3 at 6 in the morning from Sao Paulo, the fifth phase of the World Championship (WEC) of Endurance. At the press conference after the session, the pilot commented on his expectations for the race:

Parabolic: DUDU, congratulations on pole. Previously you said that the car was not in tune for a return, but for the race. Even so, he got the position of the pole. What can we expect from the performance of the car and the team for 6 in the morning?

DUDU: Well, I think it’s difficult to say, because 6 hours are a long time, especially with three drivers. So, I think I have to focus on my work, if I do well, it is a third of the completed job. It is really very difficult, very complicated, things must adapt. Obviously our strategies are good for this, but winning a 6 -hour race … I never won, so I can’t tell you. But I think our car is good, we have a very strong trio – it is not surprising that Tony managed to put me on hyperpole, and our golden pilot is there for a reason. So I think we will have good chance of playing the podium. It would be a dream to be able to climb the podium in front of my house, but the race is long and we have to go one day at a time
